Job Title: Quality Analyst ( Fresher)
Job Type: Full-Time Job (Remote)
Experience: 6 months –1 Years
Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Mon–Fri, 8 hours/day)
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on skills, experience & interview performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst who is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of work. In this role, you will test, review, and analyze processes to make sure our products and services are error-free and meet expectations. If you love spotting mistakes, improving quality, and working with a motivated team—this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Review and test processes to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Identify bugs, gaps, or issues and suggest improvements.

Document findings clearly and share with the team.

Work closely with developers and project teams to ensure quality standards.

Perform checks on client deliverables before submission.

Provide feedback and maintain detailed QA reports.

Requirements

6–1 years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst / Software Tester.

Must have hands-on experience in

Manual Testing (test cases, bug reporting, regression testing).

Functional & Non-Functional Testing.

UI/UX Testing for usability and interface issues.

Cross-browser & Device Testing.

Automation Testing knowledge (added advantage).

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Good communication skills (written & verbal).

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).

Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for documentation.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
