The Non-Negotiables

8–12 years of core backend experience (with strong production-tested C# & .NET Core / .NET 8+).

Hands-on experience designing Microservices and optimizing data layers with EF Core.

Strong familiarity with containerization (Docker & Kubernetes) and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Strong command over SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

Strict adherence to SOLID principles and robust design patterns.
