Calling Executive

Are you a skilled telecaller with expertise in MS-Excel and a strong command over spoken and written English and Hindi? As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote our services and generate leads. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records of interactions in MS-Excel, communicating effectively in both English and Hindi, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch our services and generate leads.
• Maintain a database of leads and update information regularly in MS-Excel.
• Follow up with potential clients via phone calls and emails to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer engagement and retention.
• Provide feedback to the management on customer preferences and market trends to enhance our services.
