Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Manage customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/tools regularly.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Lead Generation preferred.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
