About the Role

Competitors View is looking for motivated and people-oriented candidates to join our team in an HR role. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, candidate coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR-related activities.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with different teams as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone and online platforms.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior HR/recruitment experience or internship experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates based in Delhi / Delhi NCR will be preferred, although the role is primarily remote.
