Document verification Intern
Key Responsibilities
Verify students' documents and ensure the details are correct and complete.
Contact students through calls to clarify or confirm document-related information.
Make 80+ calls per day and maintain proper verification records.
Send follow-up messages to students through WhatsApp.
Send emails regarding pending or required documents.
Identify document discrepancies and coordinate with students for corrections.
Ensure timely completion of document verification.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite and professional approach while interacting with students.
Comfortable with calling and document verification.
Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Good attention to detail and ability to meet daily targets.
