About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern who will be responsible for data capturing, data labelling, client interaction, and supporting field-based project activities.

This is primarily a field-based role, where approximately 80% of the work will involve field activities and 20% office-based coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and capture accurate data from field locations.
• Perform data labelling and data categorization as per project requirements.
• Visit assigned locations for data collection and client interaction.
• Coordinate with clients and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and update collected data in the required format.
• Assist in client acquisition and initial communication.
• Prepare basic reports and daily work updates.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding project progress.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good data collection and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
