Chief Nursing Officer

• Plan, organize, and oversee all nursing services provided to patients at home.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-centered nursing care.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate home-care nursing staff.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient care plans and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and infection-control practices.
• Manage nursing resources, staffing schedules, supplies, and equipment.
• Handle patient and family concerns and promote effective communication.
• Monitor quality indicators and continuously improve the overall standard of home-care services.

Pay

₹38,000.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month
