Overview

A store manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail store.

Duties \& Responsibilities

• Staff management: Hiring, training, and supervising employees, including sales representatives and retail store clerks

• Inventory management: Maintaining inventory levels, ensuring stocking, and implementing purchasing plans

• Sales management: Meeting sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and creating promotions

• Customer service: Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service

• Store maintenance: Ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times

• Financial management: Managing all controllable costs and bank drop-offs

• Health and safety: Adhering to health and safety protocols and policies

• Store layout: Optimizing store layouts

• Communication: Using various software applications and tools to communicate with customers effectively

10.00-9.00pm
