Accounts & Billing Executive

We are looking for a Billing \& Accounts Executive to join our team. The role will involve day-to-day billing, client coordination and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage day-to-day sales invoices, quotations and related documents
• Coordinate with clients regarding billing, orders and payments
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock movement
• Handle purchase and sales entries
• Maintain day-to-day accounts and documentation
• Coordinate with the internal team for billing and material requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of records in Tally

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
• Basic understanding of accounting, billing and inventory
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to manage day-to-day tasks independently
• Candidates with experience in construction, trading or building materials will be preferred
