- Data Verification
- Check records for mistakes, fix errors, and compare entries against original sources.
- File Management
- Organize digital and physical files so records are easy to find and update.
- Administrative Support
- Print files, scan paper documents, and help with basic office tasks.
- System Operations
- Start up or clear computer equipment and report machine or software issues to managers.
- Data Security
- Keep sensitive company and client information safe and private.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Typing Skills
- Fast and accurate typing speed.
- Software Knowledge
- Good working use of MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Suite.
- Attention to Detail
- Strong focus to spot missing numbers or spelling errors.

- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
