We are looking for an experienced RCM Manager with strong hands-on experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing and end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing RCM operations, leading Team Leads/Managers, handling client relationships, and delivering productivity, quality, SLA, and financial targets.
Mandatory Requirements
Strong understanding of end-to-end US Healthcare RCM
Experience managing multiple RCM processes and large-volume operations
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Experience handling client calls, escalations, operational reviews, and business reviews
Experience with US healthcare PM/EHR systems; AdvancedMD experience is preferred
Experience in physician, hospital, or multi-specialty billing
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing operations, covering front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end functions.
Oversee functions such as Patient Registration, Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, Charge Entry, Coding coordination, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals, and AR Recovery.
Manage Team Leads, Managers, and large operations teams to achieve productivity, quality, SLA, and client KPIs.
Monitor operational and financial metrics including AR aging, collections, denials, productivity, quality, and reimbursement performance.
Drive initiatives to improve collections, reduce AR aging and denials, and improve overall revenue performance.
Manage client relationships, participate in client calls and business reviews, and ensure delivery against contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Handle escalations, audits, compliance issues, and operational risks.
Lead workforce planning, capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Prepare and present MIS, operational dashboards, performance reports, and management reviews.
Identify process gaps and drive RCA, CAPA, Lean/Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with Quality, Training, Coding, IT, and Client Management teams.
Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
