Accounts Executive – Finance & HR Operations

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable, vendor invoices and payment processing.

Manage petty cash, expense reconciliation and financial records.

Maintain invoices, ledgers and accounting documentation.

Support employee onboarding, documentation and joining formalities.

Coordinate with HR and management for employee records and administrative activities.

Assist in financial reporting and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Accounting.

Strong MS Excel skills – XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, sorting and data management.

Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.

Good knowledge of reconciliation, invoice processing and payment records.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA or related field.
