Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational goals.
  • Manage employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
  • Drive recruitment, talent development, and retention initiatives.
  • Handle grievance resolution and HR policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 8+ years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay
Up to ₹80,000.00 per year
