We Do Effects is expanding its team and looking for an experienced, confident and highly driven Business Development Executive who can help us build strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities and contribute directly to the growth of the company.

We are looking for someone who is not just comfortable with sales, but understands how to communicate with businesses, identify their requirements, present the right solutions and convert potential leads into long-term clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Development Executive at We Do Effects, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients and developing strong professional relationships.

You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their business goals and requirements and introduce them to relevant digital marketing, branding, social media, website and creative solutions offered by our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities
• Generate leads through calls, messages, email, networking and other relevant channels
• Connect with business owners, decision-makers and potential clients
• Understand client requirements and business objectives
• Present and pitch suitable digital marketing and creative solutions
• Handle the complete lead follow-up process from initial contact to conversion
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients
• Negotiate and close business deals effectively
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Work towards monthly business development and revenue targets
• Identify opportunities for upselling and developing existing client accounts

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident approach towards client interaction and sales conversations
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Good knowledge of lead generation and sales conversion processes
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Target-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Experience working with a digital marketing agency, creative agency or similar service-based business will be an advantage

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a high-quality candidate who is confident, proactive and serious about building a career in Business Development.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with new clients, handling sales conversations, following up consistently and taking responsibility for converting opportunities into business.

Candidates with a strong existing understanding of digital marketing services, agency sales and B2B client acquisition will be preferred.
