Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA/BBA), Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• Design \& Tools: Hands-on familiarity with basic graphic design tools (like Canva) and standard office software (Google Workspace/MS Office).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for professional writing.
• Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to switch context smoothly between creative marketing and structured HR tasks.
• Interest: A genuine interest in the tech/software services industry and community building.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, HR, Recruitment, or a similar dual-role

Good knowledge of Social Media Management

Hands-on experience with Canva / Photoshop / AI-based creative tools

Strong content writing and professional communication

Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Basic understanding of recruitment \& talent acquisition

Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels

Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between Marketing \& HR

Interest in the IT/Software/Technology industry
