Job Title: Customer Feedback & Support Executive About the Role: We are hiring a Customer Feedback & Support Executive to connect with customers, collect feedback, and improve service quality. This role involves regular calling and customer interaction. 🔹 Responsibilities:Make 100–120 calls daily to customers Collect honest feedback about services Handle customer queries and complaints Maintain records of customer responses Ensure a positive customer experience Vendor support 🔹 Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred) Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle customers politely Must be comfortable with calling work Freshers can apply 🔹 Work Details:Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Weekly Off: Weekdays Job Type: Full-Time 🔹 Important Note :Candidates must be comfortable with high call volume (100+ calls/day) Only apply if you are serious about working in a calling role
