We are looking for a Fresher or Junior Advocate with up to 1 year of experience to join our team as an Associate. The candidate should have a genuine interest in Income Tax and GST Litigation and be willing to build a long-term career in tax litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research related to Income Tax and GST laws.
• Assist in drafting petitions, replies, applications, submissions and other legal documents.
• Assist senior advocates in Court proceedings and hearings.
• Prepare case notes, legal briefs and research materials.
• Assist with case preparation and documentation.
• Track relevant judgments, notifications, circulars and amendments.
• Provide general assistance to the team in tax litigation matters.

Candidate Requirements

• LLB / Law Graduate with a valid law degree.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience as a junior advocate/associate.
• Strong interest in Income Tax & GST Litigation.
• Good legal research and drafting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on a long-term basis.
• Candidates looking for short-term internships or temporary opportunities are not preferred.

₹25,000 per month + 1 Month Bonus
