Job Overview
We are hiring candidates with relevant International Taxation experience for a blended Voice & Chat process. The role involves handling customer/client interactions and providing support related to taxation processes.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of international experience.
Prior taxation experience is mandatory.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer/client queries through voice and chat channels.
Assist with taxation-related queries and processes.
Provide accurate information in accordance with process guidelines.
Maintain professional communication with customers/clients.
Follow defined quality, compliance, and process standards.
Maintain accuracy while handling customer information and documentation.
Meet applicable productivity and quality requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC
- ₹35,000 per month
Both-side cab facility
