We are looking for a young Marketing & Growth Executive who wants to do more than sit behind a desk all day.

Your job will be to help Udaan Co-Works become better known in the local business community and also support the marketing and sales activities of our software business, Sunwheel Solutions.

The role is a mix of social media, local marketing, networking, customer interaction, lead generation and creative ideas.

Don't worry — you don't need to be a marketing expert. If you are confident, curious, willing to learn and comfortable talking to people, we will help you learn the rest.

==> What You'll Do ==> For Udaan Co-Works

You'll help bring more people into our coworking space through simple, practical marketing activities

Promote Udaan Co-Works in the local business community.

Visit nearby offices, businesses and professionals and introduce them to Udaan.

Generate enquiries for coworking seats, day passes and meeting rooms.

Build relationships with local entrepreneurs, consultants, freelancers and small businesses.

Help organize small events, networking activities and community initiatives.

Create and coordinate social media posts, reels and promotional content.

Distribute promotional material at suitable local locations.

Explore partnerships with nearby businesses and professionals.

Follow up with interested prospects and convert enquiries into visits/bookings.

Come up with new and interesting ideas to make Udaan more visible.

You'll also get exposure to the world of B2B software and technology marketing

Generate leads for our business software/ERP solutions.

Identify potential businesses that may need software solutions.

Contact prospective customers through phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.

Help arrange product demonstrations and meetings.

Follow up with prospects and maintain basic lead records.

Assist with social media and digital marketing activities.

Research potential markets, industries and customer segments.

Help create simple marketing campaigns and promotional content.

Learn how a technology company actually acquires and converts customers.
