Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive – Transport Operations to manage transport-related data, prepare MIS reports, monitor vehicle/trip records and support daily transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Transport MIS reports.

Maintain vehicle, trip, route, POD and delivery records.

Monitor GPS/TMS data, vehicle movement and trip status.

Prepare reports on vehicle utilization, trip performance, delays and pending PODs.

Maintain fuel, trip sheet and operational records.

Support billing, reconciliation and documentation.

Coordinate with drivers, transport teams and clients for operational data.

Required Skills

Strong MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, Charts.

Knowledge of Transport/Fleet Operations.

Experience with GPS/TMS/ERP will be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Logistics, Transport, Fleet Management, 3PL, FMCG or Supply Chain will be preferred.

Immediate Joiners are required.
