Junior HVAC Technician

Location: Bangalore
Department: Projects / Service
Experience: 0–2 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or relevant technical experience

Role

We are looking for a hardworking and technically inclined Junior HVAC Technician to support our project and service teams in the installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Senior Technicians in HVAC installation, servicing and maintenance.

Handle tools, equipment and materials safely and correctly.

Support installation and maintenance of AC, VRF, AHU, chillers and related HVAC systems.

Follow instructions, safety procedures and company standards at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and proper care of tools, equipment and work areas.

Complete assigned work responsibly and on time.

Learn and develop technical skills through hands-on site experience.

Report site issues, material requirements and technical concerns to the Senior Technician.

What We Look For

Basic understanding of HVAC / refrigeration systems.

Good practical and mechanical aptitude.

Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Punctual, disciplined and dependable.

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Good attitude towards customers, colleagues and site work.

ITI / relevant HVAC certification and prior field experience preferred.

Growth: Clear progression from Junior Technician → Senior Technician based on skill, performance, discipline and responsibility.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
