Job Purpose
To achieve secondary sales targets, develop the dealer network, generate new business, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, doctors, rehabilitation centres, and KOLs Key Responsibilities Achieving assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Secondary sales Identification and mapping of potential Primary and Secondary Dealers Daily field visits to primary and secondary dealers as per Field visit plan Closing secondary orders through primary dealer networks Visiting Doctors, Rehabilitation Centres, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to generate high-value leads Visiting local surgical shops to generate new retail leads and expand market penetration Following up and closing leads generated from KOLs and local surgical shops Maintaining long-term strategic relationships with all dealers, distributors, and KOLs Providing quick and effective resolution to dealer queries, complaints, and issues Submitting Next Day Visit Plan (NDVP) in CRM by 7:00 PM today Executing visits as per NDVP with real-time Check-In/Check-Out and post-meeting notes. Accurate and timely input of all closed secondary orders into the CRM system
