We are looking for a Marketing Executive – Real Estate Listings & Rental Marketing who is interested in real estate, online marketing and property portals.

Key Responsibilities

Rental Research & Pricing

Research rental prices across different locations and communities.

Compare similar properties based on rent, location, size, furnishing, amenities and property condition.

Suggest suitable rental prices based on current market trends.

Monitor competing properties and rental rates.

Identify properties where pricing or presentation may be affecting enquiries.

Property Listing & Online Marketing

Create and publish property listings on 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com and other property portals.

Write attractive and accurate property descriptions.

Upload and organize high-quality property photographs and videos.

Ensure rent, location, amenities, availability and other property details are accurate.

Ensure newly onboarded properties are listed within the required timeline.

Regularly update and optimize listings to improve visibility.

Lead Generation & Listing Performance

Monitor property views, enquiries and leads generated through different platforms.

Identify properties receiving low or no enquiries.

Improve underperforming listings by updating pricing, photographs, descriptions or other details.

Explore platform features such as premium listings, boosts and paid promotions.

Experiment with listing titles, descriptions and photographs to improve enquiries.

Work towards generating quality tenant leads and faster property closures.

Property & Listing Management

Maintain an updated tracker of properties and their listing status.

Monitor listing expiry dates and ensure timely renewal or reposting.

Update or remove listings when properties are rented, paused or no longer available.

Coordinate with internal teams to obtain updated property details, photographs, videos, rent revisions and availability.

Identify properties that require better marketing content and coordinate for updates.

Market & Competitor Research

Keep track of rental trends in different locations.

Monitor competing properties, pricing and online presentation.

Identify opportunities to improve PropertyAngel's property listings.

Suggest practical ways to improve properties that are receiving fewer enquiries.

Skills & Requirements

0–3 years of experience in real estate, property portals, digital marketing, online listings or a similar role.

Freshers with a strong interest in real estate and digital marketing can also apply.

Experience with 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Good written communication skills.

Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, keywords and online lead generation.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.

Proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Good communication and coordination skills.
