Applications are invited for the position of Project Technical Support–III at the Translational Biology
Lab (https://dhanjal-lab.iiitd.edu.in) under project title “Development of an affordable Indigenous
Integrated Platform (reagents and analysis software) for Non-Invasive Prenatal Screening (NIPS) of
Fetal Aneuploidies” The selected candidate will primarily support the day-to-day administrative,
documentation, coordination, and operational requirements of the project, while also assisting the
research team in routine project-related activities.

- Monthly Remuneration
- ₹28,000/- per month + HRA, as admissible, as per applicable ICMR project
- Essential Qualifications
- The candidate should possess any one of the following
I. Three-year Graduate Degree in Life sciences/Computer science relevant area with three
years of post-qualification experience,
OR
Post Graduate Degree in Life sciences/Computer science relevant area.
II. For Engineering / IT / Computer Science
Four-year Graduate Degree.
Area of Work and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will primarily provide administrative and
operational support for the project, including
Preparing and maintaining project records, inventories, documentation, correspondence to
ensure systematic record keeping and timely availability of documents.
Assisting in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, tables, documents, and
other project deliverables.
Coordinating project meetings, maintaining meeting records and meeting minutes, and
following up on action items.
Supporting routine communication and coordination with project investigators, collaborating
institutions, hospitals, vendors, and administrative units.
Assisting the research team with routine project-related activities and ensuring smooth
day-to-day functioning of the project.
Supporting the timely preparation and submission of documents required by the Institute
and the funding agency.
Desirable Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in maintaining spreadsheets, preparing reports, formatting documents, and
developing presentations.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain records
systematically and follow up on multiple tasks.
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with researchers, clinicians, administrative
staff, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Familiarity with Google Workspace/Google Drive and other common office and collaboration
tools will be advantageous.
Prior experience in project administration, academic/research laboratories, healthcare
projects, institutional administration, or multi-institutional projects will be advantageous.
Basic familiarity with scientific or healthcare terminology will be desirable but is not
mandatory.

- Initially for 11 months, subject to successful completion of a three-month probation
period. The appointment may be extended based on satisfactory performance, project requirements,
availability of funds, and applicable IIIT-Delhi norms.
