इस job के बारे में

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for outbound calling and generating walk-ins for college admissions. The role requires strong communication and convincing skills to convert leads into campus visits and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Daily 100–120 outbound calls to prospective students/parents

Provide information about courses, fees, eligibility & career opportunities

Generate walk-ins through effective counselling on calls

Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into admissions

Update call status and lead details in CRM/Excel

Assist walk-in students during the admission process

Post Admission Cycle Responsibilities

Visit schools, coaching institutes & tuition centres

Conduct basic counselling sessions / presentations

Collect student database (primary data) for future admissions

Build strong local network for lead generation

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Strong convincing & negotiation skills

Target-driven & result-oriented approach

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
