Role & Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests professionally.

Handle guest queries and provide excellent service.

Support lobby and front office operations.

Coordinate with hotel departments for smooth guest experience.

Requirements

Graduation/Diploma required.

Pleasant personality and good communication skills.

Well-groomed and customer-service oriented.

Cabin Crew/Aviation experience will be an added advantage.

Freshers with good communication and a service-oriented attitude are welcome.
