Inside sales & cold calling executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify target manufacturing companies and key decision-makers.
• Conduct professional outbound calls and introduce Spraytac products.
• Qualify leads based on application, requirements, budget and timeline.
• Schedule appointments for the field-sales team.
• Follow up on inbound, exhibition, referral and dormant leads.
• Share company profiles, catalogues and product information via email/WhatsApp.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimation and Management on key opportunities.
• Prepare daily/weekly lead-generation and follow-up reports.
• Support quotation follow-ups, customer feedback and basic documentation/payment follow-ups.
