V5 Global Pvt. Ltd. (A Part of First Meridian Group) is hiring for Customer Support Representatives for our E-commerce Voice & Chat Process. Company: V5 Global Pvt Ltd Role: Customer Support Representative / Customer Care Executive Process: E-commerce Process (Voice & Chat) Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Salary: 22,000 - 30,000 CTC per month (Based on Experience & Interview) Shift: Day Shifts Job Type: Full Time Job Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer queries via Calls and Chat as per process requirements 2. Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information 3. Assist customers with Orders, Payments, Delivery, Refunds & Related Issues 4. Maintain productivity, quality standards and TAT 5. Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction 6. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions Eligibility / Requirements: 1. Experience: 1-3 Years in Customer Support / BPO preferred 2. Excellent Communication Skills in English is Must 3. Versant Score: 5-6 Required 4. Good knowledge of Computer & Basic Typing Skills 5. Comfortable with Day Shifts & WFO 6. Immediate Joiners Preferred 7.
