As a Assistance Vice President - Associate Delivery Lead _Project Management, you will own the successful delivery and growth of an over $15M healthcare technology portfolio for Payers Client that is a leading global organization of over 200 professionals across onsite and offshore locations. You will operate at the intersection of delivery excellence, executive client partnership, financial performance, people leadership, and AI-led transformation. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale outcomes, strengthen strategic client relationships, and build a high-performing delivery organization.
- Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of a $15M+ portfolio, and is accountable for revenue realization, profitability, growth, quality, predictability, and client outcomes.
Lead a global delivery organization of over 200 resources across onsite and offshore locations, and provide directions to Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Architects, and subject matter experts.
Establish and strengthen portfolio governance, operating rhythms, KPIs, executive reviews, escalation mechanisms, and decision-making forums across multiple programs.
Ensure delivery commitments are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual, security, and compliance expectations.
Drive proactive identification and mitigation of delivery, operational, financial, contractual, and cross-program dependency risks, and maintain audit-ready governance documentation.
Act as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders, strengthen executive relationships with leadership and align delivery strategy with business and technology priorities.
Lead strategic conversations on digital transformation, modernization, AI adoption, Cloud-native operating models, and measurable business value realization.
Own portfolio financial planning and controls, including revenue, margin performance, forecasting, budgeting, resource utilization, workforce optimization, pyramid management, and offshore leverage.
Build metrics-driven executive dashboards covering revenue and margin, utilization, delivery predictability, schedule and cost variance, quality and defects, and customer satisfaction measures such as CSAT/NPS.
Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with internal and client stakeholders, translate portfolio insights into corrective and preventive actions.
Champion continuous improvement through automation, Agentic AI, AI-enabled SDLC practices, DevOps, Agile delivery, reusable assets, and operational best practices to improve productivity, quality, and customer experience.
Support account growth through delivery-led business development, identification of expansion opportunities, alignment with pipeline priorities, and contribution to opportunity conversion.
Build leadership capability and succession plans, mentor high-potential talent, support career development, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, engagement, and retention.
Drive quality and service excellence through technical and delivery governance, architecture/design reviews where appropriate, performance optimization, security considerations, and adherence to enterprise standards.
Partner with business, technology, and internal leadership to enable healthcare platform and process modernization, and balance customer value, operational efficiency, scale, and sustainable growth.

- Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant program, delivery, Agile, Cloud, or technology certifications are desirable.
