Job Description – Sales Executive (Eyewear / Optical)

Working Days: 6 days a week | Timing: 9 hours

Role Overview

Handle walk-in customers, recommend and sell branded eyewear products, maintain stock, and achieve sales targets in a premium optical retail store.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements

Explain product features and close sales effectively

Maintain stock and ensure proper product display

Generate daily sales reports

Build long-term customer relationships

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Required Skills & Experience

Strong sales acumen and closing ability

Excellent communication skills

Retail experience in branded eyewear / optical products (mandatory)

Preferably from luxury or high-end retail background

Proficient in MS Office

1–4 years of relevant retail sales experience

Educational Qualification & Other Requirements

Graduate (Degree)

Languages: English & Tamil (Hindi preferred)
Location: Chennai

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹37,000 per month
Incentive: As per company norms
