Site Engineer

Site Engineer – Civil Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Experience: 3–6 Years Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month Job Description: Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and clients. Check measurements, material requirements, and quality of construction work. Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, measurements, and documentation. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity. Ensure proper execution of civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works. Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Track project progress and report delays or technical issues to the Project Manager. Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets required quality standards. Required Skills: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 3–6 years of relevant site experience. Good knowledge of construction methods and materials. Ability to read AutoCAD drawings. Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Ability to manage contractors and site workers. Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
