📞 Telecaller – Visa Filing Service (VFS) Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive Department: Sales & Customer Support Company: VFS – Visa Filing Service Location: Visakhapatnam / Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time 🎯 Job PurposeThe Telecaller will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their travel/visa requirements, explaining suitable visa filing and travel services , answering basic customer queries, generating leads, following up with interested customers, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into customers. 💼 Key Responsibilities📞 Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming enquiries. 🌍 Understand the customer's requirement — Tourist Visa, Business Visa, Student Visa, Work Visa, Job/Employment-related services , etc. 📋 Explain the visa process, documentation requirements, estimated processing timelines, service charges and other applicable requirements clearly. 🗣️ Handle customer questions professionally and provide accurate information based on company-approved procedures. 🔄 Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp . 🎯 Convert genuine enquiries into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. 📝 Maintain customer information, enquiry status and follow-up records. 🤝 Coordinate with the Visa Processing / Documentation / Sales team for customer requirements. 📢 Inform customers about new visa opportunities, travel packages and recruitment/job-related openings promoted by the company. 🚫 Do not make false promises regarding visa approval, employment, salary or immigration decisions. 📊 Submit daily call and follow-up reports to the reporting manager. 🧑‍💼 Candidate RequirementsGood English and Telugu communication skills . Hindi is an added advantage. Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / WhatsApp . Sales or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply . Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
