Position: Account Manager
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who can independently handle the company's complete accounting function and has strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, GST, TDS, finalization and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete day-to-day accounting independently.

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers and accounting records.

Prepare and review Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet.

Handle monthly and yearly accounts closing and finalization.

Manage GST, TDS and statutory compliances.

Bank, customer and vendor reconciliation.

Accounts Payable & Receivable management.

Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.

Coordinate with CA and auditors and provide audit-related schedules/documents.

Check accounting entries and identify/rectify discrepancies.

Handle purchase, sales, expenses, payments and receipts accounting.

Maintain proper documentation and supporting for audit.

Assist management in financial analysis and accounting-related matters.

Required Skills

Strong practical knowledge of Accounting & Finance

Excellent knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet & Finalization

GST & TDS knowledge

Audit preparation and coordination experience

Strong Excel skills

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com preferred.

CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.

Preferred: Candidates from manufacturing, garment, fashion, trading, retail or e-commerce background.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
