Job Responsibilities

Maintain office cleanliness and housekeeping.

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Handle office errands, document delivery, and courier coordination.

Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document management.

Support administrative and office staff in daily activities.

Purchase office supplies and maintain stock records.

Assist in setting up meeting rooms and managing visitors.

Perform other office-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: SSC/HSC.

Basic understanding of office work and housekeeping.

Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Local candidates preferred.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
