Sr. Sales & Closing Manager

Location: Arihant Aura, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3-4+ years in real estate sales with a proven closing record

Role Summary

Lead the sales process from negotiation to booking, owning closures and revenue targets while guiding the junior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle high-value prospects and drive them to final booking

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and offers within company guidelines

Lead site visits and presentations for serious buyers and investors

Mentor and support Jr. Sales Executives and Telecallers

Build relationships with channel partners and brokers

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with the back office on documentation and agreements

Report on pipeline, conversions, and closures to management

Requirements

3-4+ years in real estate sales with a verifiable closing track record

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

Leadership ability and team-handling experience

Deep understanding of real estate pricing, loans, and legal basics

A strong network in the Navi Mumbai/MMR market is an advantage

Work Location: In person
