About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Associate – Social Media Marketing & Video Editing to support our social media content, video creation, customer engagement and digital sales activities across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Create 14–25 short-form videos/reels per week for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.

Create 2–4 longer YouTube videos per month, as required.

Record product, talking-head, educational, promotional and behind-the-scenes content using an iPhone.

Edit videos using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.

Use AI tools for content ideas, scripts, captions, voiceovers and creatives.

Manage content posting, captions, hashtags and CTAs.

Coordinate UGC and influencer content.

Handle customer follow-up calls and support online sales.

Coordinate with influencers, designers, web developers and other vendors.

Support exhibitions, B2C customer interactions, order packing and dispatch coordination.

Maintain content, customer follow-up and vendor trackers.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.

Basic video editing skills; CapCut/Canva preferred.

Comfortable recording videos using an iPhone.

Comfortable with customer telecalling.

Willingness to learn AI and new digital tools.

Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge is preferred.

Creative, energetic, self-motivated and organized.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
