We are building something big, fast, and bold. Now, we are looking for a high energy Social Media & Growth Intern who understands the art and science of Instagram to lead our visual presence.

What You Will Do

Own Instagram: Manage our content calendar, daily posting schedule, community management, and growth tactics.

Create High Converting Reels & Posts: Plan, script, edit, and publish short form video content that converts followers into buyers and community members.

Leverage AI Tools: Utilize modern AI video and image generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, or similar) to speed up content creation and produce visually stunning assets.

Run & Optimize Paid Ads: Set up, test, and manage Meta and Instagram paid ad campaigns to drive direct traffic, leads, and brand awareness.

Harness Virality: Test viral formats, trending audio, hooks, and creative concepts relevant to architecture, interior design, and modern lifestyle spaces.

Track & Analyze: Analyze key metrics (reach, saves, engagement rate, CAC, conversion rates) and continuously iterate content based on what works.

Who You Are

Marketing Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Digital Media.

Proven Track Record: Hands on experience running Instagram accounts, creating Reels, and managing paid ads (portfolio or sample work required).

AI Savvy: Proficient or highly familiar with AI image and video generation tools to stay ahead of the visual curve.
Instagram Native: You live on the explore page. You intuitively understand hooks, video pacing, sound trends, and visual aesthetics.
Growth Mindset: You treat social media like a growth engine, combining creative storytelling with performance metrics.
Self Starter: You take ownership, run fast, and do not wait around for hand holding.
