Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers/students, understanding their requirements, providing information about our courses/services, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.

Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.

Explain courses, programs, fees, features, and benefits to prospective students/customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/services.

Follow up with interested leads regularly and maintain proper records.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions.

Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.

Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries professionally.

Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the sales/academic team for further follow-up and enrollment.

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and sales skills.

Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.

Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and willingness to learn.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Eligibility

Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma.
Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related field.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with prior experience in EdTech, education sales, telecalling, or inside sales will be an added advantage.

English and Kannada communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
