Job Summary

[24]7.ai is hiring Experienced Candidates for our International Voice Process. We are looking for customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills who can handle inbound customer calls and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer support calls professionally.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions as per process requirements.

Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards.

Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

12th Pass / PUC / Graduate can apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Details Permanent Roles (Experienced Candidates)

6 Months to 18 Months Experience: ₹24,000 - ₹31,000 Take-Home per Month

2+ Years Experience: ₹32,000 - ₹39,000 Take-Home per Month

Contract Roles

3-Month Contract Opportunity
