A Receptionist is an important part of the front-office team in a Royal Enfield dealership. The receptionist is usually the first person a customer, visitor, candidate, or business associate meets when they enter the showroom or office. Therefore, the receptionist plays an important role in creating a professional and welcoming environment. The position requires good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, basic computer knowledge, coordination skills, and a positive attitude. In an automobile dealership, the receptionist works closely with different departments such as Sales, Service, Customer Relationship Management, Administration, Finance, and Human Resources. The receptionist helps customers reach the correct department and ensures that their basic requirements are addressed properly
