We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain good customer relationships.

Follow up with customers when required.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

Fluent in English & Hindi.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused and positive attitude.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
