Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries related to attestation & documentation processes
Provide regular updates to clients
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure
Handle basic client escalations professionally
Stay updated on process changes and requirements
What We’re Looking For
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good logical thinking and attention to detail
Professional and client-focused approach
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
