- Good knowledge in Dispensing process ( Conformal coating ,Glue dot & TIM printing) ,PCBA cleaning process and Tooling's /Fixtures *Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR
- Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release.
- 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
- Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach.
- Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects) …
