Role Overview

You will talk to customers over phone calls, explain products, and help them with their queries. The company will give you all customer data and full training.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive customer calls (around 200 calls per day)
• Explain products and services clearly
• Handle customer questions politely
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets
• Update customer details on the system

Skills Required

• Basic English communication (spoken \& written)
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office)

Work Details

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Week Off: Saturday \& Sunday
• Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1 hour break included)
