Software Calling & Front Office

We are looking for a person who can talk to customers, explain our software, give demos, and handle front-office work.

Training will be provided for our software products.

Main Work

• Call customers and introduce our software
• Talk to customers and understand their needs
• Explain the software and give demos
• Follow up with interested customers
• Answer basic customer questions
• Welcome customers who visit the office
• Handle basic front-office work
• Maintain customer details and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the technical team when needed

Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Good Hindi and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Friendly and confident personality
• Able to explain things clearly
• Willing to learn

Experience

0–3 Years

Experience in calling, front office, customer handling, sales, or software will be an advantage.

Freshers can also apply.

This is not a call-centre job. The role includes customer calling, software demos, customer handling, and front-office work.
