Qualification – B. Com, M Com. MBA Finance

Industry – Building \& Infrastructure Consultancy Services

Functional Skill

• Finalization of Accounts, Financial statements preparation

• I. Tax Corporates \& individuals, Capital Gain tax, Assessment process

• Deal with GST, filling \& preparation returns \& Assessment, Appeals etc.

• Deal with the Income Tax Dept. for Assessment / Appeal etc.

• Competences like - PF, ESIC, P. tax

• Exposure in NBFC compresences with RBI \& other statutory Authority

• Tally operation (Advance), MS office including PPT

• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations

• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.

• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.

• Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.

• Analysing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.

• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.

• Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

Presentation

• MIS preparation, analysis

• Exposure in banking operations – credit limit, bank guaranty etc.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
