Job Description - Procurement Executive Responsibilities - -Assist in preparation and circulation of RFQs to suppliers -Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers (domestic & international) -Supplier Due-Diligence and NDA contracts to be maintained -Collect and compare quotations (price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms) -Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation, production status, and dispatch timelines -Maintain accurate procurement and logistics data in Excel/ERP -Handle supplier quality issues and root cause coordination -Proper product costing and negotiating skills
