About the JobKey Responsibilities
Act as the communication bridge between Wealth Managers and the Equity Dealer/Research Team.
Coordinate order placement and execution of equity, ETF, bond, and structured product transactions.
Share research updates, tactical calls, and model portfolio changes with Wealth Managers promptly.
Track execution status, ensure order accuracy, and proactively report discrepancies.
Maintain trackers for product usage, client execution, and advisor adoption.
Assist in rolling out and communicating new product ideas or research themes.
Provide training and support to new Wealth Managers on investment tools, research notes, and processes.
Support client query resolutions related to execution, product suitability, or asset allocation.
Track and report marketing initiative performance (ROI, lead quality, conversions).
Support planning and execution of investor events, webinars, and client engagement initiatives.
Manage social media platforms and website updates with design/digital teams.
Create content for newsletters, blogs, investment insights, and client communication.
Prepare weekly and monthly market updates summarizing key events and sector trends.
Conduct mutual fund research, including performance tracking and peer comparisons.
Track and report on indices, ETFs, NFOs, and IPOs for market sentiment analysis.
Monitor and update momentum stock lists with rationale and technical indicators.
Generate and maintain fact sheets for mutual fund and equity strategies.
Draft periodic mutual fund review reports for internal and client use.
Compare financial products and analyze suitability for individual client needs.
Monitor client portfolios (mutual funds and stocks) for performance and rebalancing.
Conduct primary and secondary research on mutual funds, bonds, PMS, AIFs, and other products.
Track economic indicators, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting wealth products.
Support the investment team with periodic data insights and market intelligence.
Help develop frameworks to shortlist investment products based on risk, return, and suitability.
Please note: This is a Multi task job role involving financial products coordination along with capital market research & managing marketing campaigns.
