About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and passionate HR Recruiter to support the hiring needs of our rapidly growing cloud kitchen business. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for kitchen staff, delivery operations, store management, production, customer support, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume hiring and be comfortable recruiting frontline and blue-collar workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for cloud kitchen operations and support functions.

Hire for positions such as Commis Chefs, CDPs, Kitchen Associates, Bakers, Stewards, Store Executives, Delivery Coordinators, Shift Managers, and Corporate Staff.

Source candidates through JobHai, WorkIndia, Indeed, Naukri, social media, referrals, and local hiring channels.

Conduct initial telephonic screenings and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and kitchen heads.

Ensure timely closure of vacancies across multiple kitchen locations.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Negotiate salaries and process offer rollouts.

Coordinate onboarding, documentation verification, and joining formalities.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of kitchen and operations talent.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

0-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Experience in hospitality, food service, restaurant, QSR, cloud kitchen, retail, or FMCG hiring is preferred.

Familiarity with hiring platforms such as JobHai, WorkIndia, Naukri, and Indeed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ATS/recruitment tools.

Ability to manage bulk hiring and work under tight deadlines.
